The best that I can say on the topic of patience is to remain calm. The Bible says to wait on the Lord and be of good courage and he will strengthen your heart. This is sound advice and a hope while you are dealing with a challenge. We need courage and we need strength.
So back to remaining calm. Breathe, close your lips and breathe again. Words said in anger are often remembered even more than the millions of words that we say to uplift and motivate. I don't know why this is, but it is often the case. Even after we apologize. Therefore, think first and make sure the words help the situation.
Be of good courage. Patience takes courage. Courage to face a situation and know that it is going to turn out for the good. You put in the work and it may be a while before you see the results, but take courage because eventually it will pay off.
Strength is the last thing that I will say today about patience. We are all stronger than we think. We can do beyond what we believe we can do. Know this and be encouraged. While we are waiting, we are working. We are changing. We are growing.
