Breathe

Today's Happiness Challenge is to breathe.  This challenge is more transformative than we give it credit. We are successful at breathing. Now we are intentional. We are thinking of our success as we breathe. If you need to smile as you inhale, put your lips firmly together and go for it. With your eyelids open or closed this is our response to life. Every day.


Take these breathing moments at least four times a day. Breathe in slowly and deeply and exhale through your mouth as if you were going to whistle. 


This act of breathing is healing and transformative. If you can close your eyes, that is good, but if not we can look at or in some cases face situations that we are in and without a word and with confident assurance breathe.


Use a journal to write about breathing. You can draw a picture if you prefer.
